Six members of GSU's track and field team earned bids to the NCAA East Track and Field Meet May 28-30 in Jacksonville, Fla. The top 12 from this meet qualify for the NCAA Championships in Oregon.

Ravin Gilbert and LaPorscha Wells were voted Most Outstanding Track and Most Outstanding Field Performers for the year by Sun Belt head coaches.

Track and Field's Alysiah Whittaker is this week's GSU Student-Athlete of the Week presented by Georgia Power.

Sophomore Alysiah Whittaker set a Georgia State school record in the discus throw Sunday in Greensboro, N.C. The team will learn May 21 how many qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries May 28-30.

Six members of the GSU track and field team will compete in the Aggie Invitational in Greensboro, N.C. on Sunday, May 17.

The Track and Field team posted a 3.09 GPA for spring semester with 21 team members earned academic recognition.
